Cozumel Palace All-Inclusive is located on the Caribbean Sea, half a mile from Punta Langosta mall, and approximately five miles from Cozumel International Airport.

Resort amenities include the dive shop, beauty shop (with two massage rooms), Lobby Bar, and seafront pool with a swim-up bar, sundeck, and shallow children's section. Turquesa serves international and Italian cuisine, MoMoNoHaNa has Asian dinners, and Bugambilias offers Mexican dinners. For snorkeling, there is a reef offshore. Stairs on a dock lead down to the sea. A shop in the hotel sells gifts, sundries, snack foods, beachwear, and liquor.

All rooms feature terraces or balconies with hammock, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards, alarm clocks, direct-dial phones, coffeemakers, mini-bars, cable TV, and safes, double jacuzzis, seating area, turndown service and liquor dispenser.

PALACE PASSPORT:All guests that stay for a minimum of 3 nights through December 23, 2008 will receive Unlimited tours to Tulum/Xpu-Ha, Coba, Glass Bottom Boat, Chankanaab (Per person). In addition, upon arrival each guest will receive a 50.00 coupon toward a round of golf at Moon Spa & Golf Club or at Playacar Spa & Golf Club and a 15.00 coupon toward a treatment or massage at the adults only Aventura Spa Palace or Moon Spa & Golf Club or Playacar Spa & Golf Club; each room will receive a 10.00 coupon toward car rental through on site auto agency (Per room).
Free Swim with the dolphins promotion: Stay 3 nights Present to December 23rd, buy the Dolphin Swim Experience tour for one person and get another free or stay 7 nights from September 1st, to December 28th, 2008 and receive this tour free for two guests, per room, per stay.
Kids free promotion: From June 1st to August 31st, 2008 up to 2 kids under 12 stay for free.
