This unique boutique hotel, centrally located on Ocean Drive between 10th and 11th Streets, encompasses four historical structures and one new building. The Strand is approximately 15 miles from Miami International Airport and within walking distance of the beach, boutique shops, restaurants, and outdoor cafes of Ocean Drive. This property encompasses four historical structures and one new building with each suite featuring custom millwork and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, designer mosaic tiles, soaking tubs, rain fall shower heads, and granite tops in all the bathrooms. The location is between 10th and 11th Streets and five minutes from the citys downtown area.

Hotel amenities include the roof deck pool (with panoramic 360-degree views), exercise room, beachfront retail shops, Atlantic Grill & Bar (fine dining for seafood, pasta, and steak), and Cheeseburger South Beach (based on famous restaurants Cheeseburger in Paradise and Cheeseburger Cheeseburger). The hotel also offers a fitness center, room service, concierge assistance, post/parcel service, free weekday newspapers, safety deposit, valet parking, and 24-hour front desk service.
